Can you deliver to a Post Office Box?

Yes, we can deliver to a Post Office Box, subject to size limitations. Some packages may exceed the size of your PO Box. Please contact our online customer service to confirm if your package can be delivered to your PO Box.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, most of our products will be delivered directly to your mailbox via Australia Post.

Will I be notified when my delivery is on its way?

Yes, you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

When will I receive my delivery?

Our free shipping service primarily uses Australia Post Standard postage (Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked). Estimated delivery times by Australia Post are as follows:

  • VIC: 1-6 business days
  • NSW/SA: 4-9 business days
  • TAS/NT: 5-11 business days
  • WA/QLD/ACT: 7-12 business days
How do I track my delivery?

Our free shipping service uses Australia Post Standard postage, which is untracked. If you require tracking or express post services, these are available for an additional cost during the checkout process.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all items. If you choose express post during checkout, additional fees will apply.

Can I change my order once I have received a confirmation email?
